Pick-ups are available 7 days/week at Scarborough (Diana’s) location and 6 days/week at Richmond Hill (CFG) location. Refer to Pickup Information below.

For both delivery and pick-ups, the cut off is 2pm the day before. (i.e. order before 2pm to guarantee your order is ready for next day delivery or pick-up!)

Online order cut-off time is 2pm for next day pickup and delivery.

Minimum orders will be $200 for free delivery. A $20 delivery charge applies for orders less than $200.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery. To ensure product quality and safety, items should be placed in a refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival. Please note that once the order has been delivered, Diana’s is no longer responsible for maintaining product temperature or quality.

Delivery Fees

Delivery service is free for orders over $200 before taxes and discounts (select GTA areas).

Orders under $200: $20 delivery charge.

Condo/apartment deliveries must provide a contact number. Customer must come down to the ground floor to pick up their order.

Refund and Returns Policy

All perishable food products cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final.

Pickup Information

Buy Online, Pickup at our shop

1. Cut-off time is 2pm the day before for pickup.
2. Buy online and choose "Store Pickup".
3. Drive to our shop and park at the parking area.
4. Have your order number ready and show to our staff. Our staff will bring the item(s) to you.
5. Please check all your order items. All sales are final and no returns/refunds for perishable products.
