Harvested from the northern reach of New London Bay, Lucky Limes grow in a protected ecosystem shaped by sand dunes and the salty influx of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Their superior shells and distinct salty flavour are enhanced by the algae-rich waters, giving them a subtle, refined variation on the half shell.
